For those not familiar with CrossFit, our on-ramp course will get you up to speed and kickstart your journey by introducing you to the movements and methodology that makes our training system so unique and successful.

Our Full Premium Membership gives you access to all classes, open gym and speciality classes as well as many discounts from popular suppliers! As a member you will also be invited to social events outside the gym as well as have the opportunity to compete at in house competitions!
We also offer FIFO and Concessions available for students and pensioners or ask about our "couples" or "family" discount.
Not interested in CrossFit? We have a "Lifters Only" membership for those wanting to use the facilities part of the Fraser Coast Weightlifting Club Inc.
Introduced for the first time in 2022, is the Teens Olympic Weightlifting Program led by head coach of Fraser Coast Weightlifting Club.
Currently operating on a Wednesdays and Thursday after school:
Youth Aged 13 -16 3:30 - 4:30pm
Junior Aged 8-12 4:30 - 5:30pm
Small group based training session, learn the fundamental movements of Olympic Weightlifting that also assist with the development of speed, power, strength and coordination.
Suitable for juniors and teens looking to complement their other sports such as football and athletics or to move into the QWA youth lifters competitive field. Ideal for teens that are not interested in team sports!
Cost is $200 per 10 week term - we accept the Fair Play Voucher!

Our expert trainers offer 1-on-1 and small group personal training to give you a tailored and personalised service to maximise results and achieve your goals.
Each coach has their own area of expertise, check out the coach bio's to find a personal trainer that suits you.
Weekly workshops are available designed to improved specific components of your training and health.
From Olympic Weightlifting, to Strongman and Powerlifting, Nutrition and Gymnastics, as well as sport specific training.
